Welcome to Washington Tower
Built in 1972, the Washington Tower features 114 residential units on 20 floors. Six individual units occupy each floor of the building and are accessible by two elevators shafts. Residents on each floor share interior hallways, trash chute and small storage lockers.
Residents of the Washington Tower enjoy a list of recent upgrades to the building. Within the past few years renovations have been completed to the lobby, social room and pool area. Each unit features their own washer and dryer.
Four floor plans offer spacious private balconies in every unit and vary in size from 898 sq ft to 1,499 sq ft. The units were constructed with “convertible” 2nd/3rd bedrooms. Some owners have constructed a permanent wall to create a true bedroom while others have left the accordion wall or removed it to create more of a den space.
