The Strand

The Strand is accessed from its lobby on Evernia Street, but the building occupies the block between Evernia and Datura, making it centrally located downtown along the waterfront. It boasts a 24-hour concierge, rooftop pool, and fitness center. Up to two pets under 25 lbs. each are permitted. Views of the intracoastal, Palm Beach, and ocean are possible from the pool deck or units on the upper floors, and the building’s location makes it ideal for those who enjoy strolls along the seawall or events at Meyer Amphitheater.
