Trianon is one of downtown West Palm Beach’s original condo buildings.  Located just south of Okeechobee Blvd (near the middle bridge going over to Palm Beach), this 20-story building rises high over Flagler Drive and the Intracoastal Waterway.  Each floor features only six units, and all have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.  The pool is on the ground floor, and all of the parking is outside rather than in covered garages offered in newer construction.  Pets are strictly prohibited, so folks with furry friends need not apply.  But the views from the balconies of these units – especially those in the 2 through 5 stacks – are absolutely phenomenal.  If you’re willing to trade a few modern conveniences for breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway, Palm Beach, and the Atlantic ocean, Trianon might be the perfect residence for you.
