Bamboozle | Little Smiles of FL
West Palm Beach’s First & Only “Adventure Style Scavenger Hunt”
Bamboozle 2018 is presented by Vertical Bridge, benefits Little Smiles of Florida, and is held in memory of Kyle Pacheco.
Teams of four are given a list of clues, tasks, challenges, and obstacles with different levels of difficulty and point values. Players must stay on the event footprint, which runs from the downtown waterfront, up Clematis Street to Rosemary Blvd. and to some side streets this year. All teams will start at 6 p.m. and return by 8 p.m. with proof of each completed item. The team with the most points wins. This year’s theme is HEROES & VILLAINS and everyone is encouraged to dress the part to receive extra points and an award for the best-dressed team!

Little Smiles helps professionals give kids in their care the chance to be kids during difficult times.
A wide range of caregivers help children of all ages who are facing devastating circumstances including terminal illness, abandonment and other trauma. These are children who often spend many nights alone in hospitals, hospice facilities, shelters and temporary homes, and who can be subject to painful procedures and other emotional strains that they are not equipped to handle. The professionals working with them understand each child’s unique situation and how to help them heal, but they often lack the resources and financial support to make them smile. That is why they turn to Little Smiles, which provides volunteers, supplies and funds to make it possible for them to add joy to the lives of the children they care for.
Little Smiles helps heal hearts and create little smiles by providing gifts and fun activities to children impacted by serious illness, homelessness or tragedy. Little Smiles believes every child deserves to smile!
Kyle Pacheco
Each year, Bamboozle is held in memory of Kyle Pacheco, who was diagnosed with cancer in 2002. Kyle had an instant connection with Little Smiles – a bond through the years that sustained him through his toughest challenges. Sadly, due to complications, Kyle lost his battle with cancer on August 10, 2010. But his family (Ed, Kathy and Colette Pacheco) continues to be an integral part of Little Smiles. They particularly support Bamboozle because it is an event where everyone gets a little crazy and has a lot of fun… which was Kyle’s style.
